KTR Quarter-turn Electric Actuator
Product Overview
KTR series is driven by 220VAC or 380VAC power supply of quarter-turn electronic electric actuator, directly receives the signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) from the control and adjustment system, and drives part-turn valve to achieve the predetermined angle (0-90°) movement to achieve precise positioning of the valve position, and feed back the actual valve position to the control system with the same analog signal. It has all kinds of action change motor functions required by the partial rotary valve itself, valve position value electric function and manual function, and is suitable for the switch and adjustment control of part-turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers.
Main Features
1. The actuator is small in size, light in weight, and easy to operate. The built-in servo amplifier only needs to be connected to 4-20maDc or 1-5VDC) and the corresponding power signal to work.
2. The controller adopts advanced hybrid integrated circuit, which is sealed with resin and cast into a box shape, small in size and high in reliability.
3. The feedback detection of the driver adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of <0.4%
4. With self-diagnosis function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out a command signal
5. When the off signal can be set by the state selection switch (the spool is fully open, fully closed or self-locking)
6. Set forward and reverse action by state selection
7. The input signal (4-20ma or 1-5V DC) can be set with the state selection switch
8. Simple and easy adjustment of working zero point (contact point) and stroke (end point)
9. The use of synchronous belt drive effectively reduces noise
10. Instantaneous protection function When the load is rated, the state can be self-locked. When a fault occurs, the protection can be started immediately, and the delay protection can be canceled by running in the reverse direction.
